The device has a separator (2) and a slide surface (3) whose angle with respect to the horizontal is adjustable. The separator and slide surface carry the semiconductor material (1) to be classified. The material to be classified passes through the optical path (4) from a radiation source (5). A shape detection device (6) passes the shape of the material to a monitoring unit (7) which controls at least one deflection device (8).

Vorrichtung zum optoelektronischen Klassieren von Halbleitermaterialien, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung eine Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln 2 und eine Gleitfläche 3 aufweist, wobei der Winkel der Gleitfläche 3 zur Horizontalen verstellbar ist, wobei jeweils die Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln 2 und die Gleitfläche 3 eine Oberfläche aus dem zu klassierenden Halbleitermaterial aufweisen sowie eine Strahlenquelle 5, durch deren Strahlengang 4 das zu klassierende Material fällt und eine Formerfassungsvorrichtung 6, die die Form des Klassierguts an eine Kontrolleinheit 7 weiterleitet, die zumindest eine Ablenkvorrichtung 8 steuert. <IMAGE>
