Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0876926A1] The operating mechanism consists of a rotary axle (6) connected to a corresponding movable part (15) of the binder and or hole-puncher (1). The axle's rotary movement is converted into a translatory movement of the corresponding movable part. The operating mechanism (14) contains a coupling mechanism (4) which automatically uncouples when the maximum permissible force (F) exerted on the operating mechanism is exceeded. The operating mechanism incorporates a lever (5) joined to the rotary axle driven by a motor.
