Abstract (en)
The device to align the movement path of web materials (3), to be overlaid to give a multi-layer material (7) especially of paper, has guide surfaces (15,16) which can be adjusted in relation to each other to form a variable passage gap (20) for the materials. The deflection surface (15) has a variable position against the base frame (6) and the alignment surface (16). The guide surfaces (15,16) are adjusted round at least one axis (25) parallel to the running plane (5) of the paper web (3), and preferably both surfaces pivot on their own axes on both sides of the gap plane (10) through the passage gap (20).

Zum Planrichten von Papierbahnen (3) sind Durchlaßspalte (20) vorgesehen, welche jeweils von einer Umlenkwalze (17) und einer stationären Richtfläche (16) begrenzt sind, wobei zur Änderung des Umschlingungswinkels an der Richtfläche (16) wie auch zum unbearbeiteten Durchlauf des Lagenmateriales (3) durch die Vorrichtung (1) die Umlenkwalze (17) mit einer Stellvorrichtung (30) motorisch in unterschiedliche Stellungen überführbar ist. Dadurch ergibt sich bei einfachem Aufbau eine schnelle Arbeitsweise sowie eine sichere Funktion. <IMAGE>
