Abstract (en)
The sealing strip is extruded in one process using an elastic material for the main support and a foam material for the seal. The strip has a backing (120) of elastic material and with shaped grip lips (11,12) at the bottom. The top section holds the hollow profile foam strip which is clad in an outer coating of elastic material. The foam and the hollow space have a large compression facility to cover the sealing gaps. The lower part of the foam is attached to the support strip by a section (25) which thickens towards the support strip. The support strip has a bump strop strip (221) on the inside of the hollow space. Both materials are extruded together.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine strangförmige Flügelfalz-/Überschlagdichtung für Fenster, Türen oder dergleichen, aufweisend: a. einen fußseitigen Halteabschnitt (1) mit mindestens einer Haltelippe (11, 12) zur Verankerung der Flügelfalz-/Überschlagdichtung in einer Haltenut und b. einen kopfseitigen Dichtabschnitt (2), der über einen Profilrücken (120) an den Halteabschnitt (1) anschließt und eine dem Profilrücken (120) gegenüberliegende Anlagewand (24), eine sich auf der vom Halteabschnitt (1) abgewandten Seite des Dichtabschnitts (2) befindliche, den Profilrücken (120) und die Anlagewand (24) verbindende kopfseitige Verbindungswand (23) und eine sich auf der dem Halteabschnitt (1) zugewandten Seite des Dichtabschnitts (2) befindliche, den Profilrücken (120) und die Anlagewand (24) verbindende fußseitige Verbindungswand (25) aufweist, wobei mindestens ein geschlossenes Hohlprofil (21, 22) durch einen Abschnitt des Profilrückens (120), durch die kopfseitige Verbindungswand (23), durch die Anlagewand (24) und durch die fußseitige Verbindungswand (25) begrenzt ist, wobei der Profil rücken (120) aus Vollmaterial besteht und mit dem aus geschäumtem Material bestehenden Dichtabschnitt (2) koextrudiert ist. <IMAGE>
