Abstract (en)
The seat or bed support is constituted by a number of flexible spheres (1) with an intermediate empty space (2) between them for the circulation of air. The spheres are connected to each other to form a juxtaposed layer. Several layers (A,B,C) of spheres are superposed and displaced from each other so that the spheres are housed in the spaces of the neighbouring layer and thus fitted into each other. The spheres of one layer are applied against each other along a rectangular or triangular frame. The spheres allow air ventilation to occur and enable a more or less hard structure to be obtained.
