The electric motor (4) is switched on and off by an electric switch (13) set in the work part (2) of the tool in front of the gearing (39) - seen in the working direction. A further operating element (24) is provided on the side of the front handle remote from the rear additional handle (3). This further operating element is coupled to the switch by a first transmission device (25) set in a gap between tool housing (41) and gearing. The operating element (29) in the rear additional handle acts on the common switch through a second transmission device (28) which engages in the tool housing. The switch can be displaceable in an intermediate housing (42) which is displaceable in the tool housing whereby the first transmission device acts on the switch and the second transmission device on the intermediate housing.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bohrschrauber mit einen Elektromotor (4) aufweisendem Antriebsteil (1) und einem quer zum Antriebsteil (1) liegenden Arbeitsteil (2), das über ein Getriebe (39) mit dem Antriebsteil (1) verbunden ist. Der das Antriebsteil (1) aufnehmende Abschnitt des Werkzeuggehäuses (41) ist als vorderer Handgriff ausgebildet. Ein hinterer Zusatzhandgriff (3) ist über Befestigungsstellen (30, 31) befestigt und weist auf der dem vorderen Handgriff zugewandten Seite ein Betätigungselement für einen elektrischen Ein-/Ausschalter (13) auf. Der Schalter (13) ist im Arbeitsteil (2) angeordnet und im vorderen Handgriff ein weiteres Betätigungselement (24) vorgesehen, welches über eine in einem Spalt zwischen dem Werkzeuggehäuse (41) und dem Getriebe (39) angeordnete erste Übertragungseinrichtung (25) mit dem Schalter (13) gekoppelt ist. Das zweite Betätigungselement (29) ist über eine zweite Übertragungseinrichtung (28) mit dem gemeinsamen Schalter (13) verbunden. <IMAGE>
