Abstract (en)
In a process to make sound-deadening panels to be incorporated into walls, ceilings, floors, or doors, panels are fabricated using recycled cotton fibres compressed to form mats. Before the pressing process, the mats are soaked with a binding agent which is a duroplastic or thermoplastic and free of phenol resins. The pressed mats are accorded a coating of non-woven fleece fibre and/or a foil.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Schallschutzelementes für Bauten insbesondere zum Aufbringen auf Böden, an Wänden und/oder Decken und/oder zum Einbringen als Füllungen in Bauelemente, wie bspw. Türen, wobei recyclierte Baumwollfasern zu einer Platte oder Matte verpresst werden.
