Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0878630A2] A furniture fitting (1) has a spreading plug (4) which is inserted into the respective furniture component (2). The plug (3) expands on insertion of a pin (5) which pivots on an axle (6) on a tilting eccentric lever (7). The plug (3) is retained by the flat plate part (13) of the fitting (1). In the operating condition, the eccentric lever is aligned approx. parallel with the plate (13), where it rests in a slot (10) recess.
