[origin: DE19645259A1] The invention relates to a mobile radio telephone device comprising a mobile radio telephone provided with a signal receiver device and a signal transmitter device to receive or transmit radio telephone signals received or transmitted supraregionally substantially in an area-covering way. The mobile telephone is fitted with a loudspeaker and at least one microphone. To prevent users from having to hold the mobile telephone constantly to their ear or to avoid disruptive Hall effects in handsfree installations, the invention includes a unit which is physically separated from the mobile telephone and can be fixed in the area of the user's ear.
