The dwelling house has a shrouding (2) for the building as a heat barrier, with an inner dwelling pavilion (5) which can be moved in and out of the shrouding (2). The inner dwelling pavilion (5) slides on to a terrace (3) extending from the shrouding (2). The dwelling pavilion (5) is preferably a glass structure. The front of the structure is closed by a door.

Ein Wohnhaus mit einer als Wärmebarriere ausgebildeten Gebäudehülle (2) verfügt über einen ausfahrbaren Wohnpavillon (5). Dieser Pavillon (5) ist als Ganzes auf eine der Gebäudehülle vorgelagerte Terrasse (3) verschiebbar. Der Wohnpavillon (5) ist vorzugsweise als Glaskonstruktion ausgebildet. Die Frontseite des Hauses ist mit einem Portal verschliessbar. <IMAGE>
