[origin: EP0880193A1] The antenna feed mechanism has a square section waveguide (26) feeding a radiating element at one end. The other end of the waveguide is connected to a transmission channel. The circular waveguide terminates inside the square section waveguide. The antenna feed acts as a transducer separating transmit and receive frequencies.
