Abstract (en)
The protective pieces (10) are each a shell which is moulded in plastic material. Its outer surface is convex and is curved along two perpendicular directions. Two opposite end of the shell are fastened (20) to a garment (V) at a zone of articulation. The shape of each shell is elliptical and it is fixed to the garment at the ends of its long axis. Its peripheral region is smooth and the central region is raised above this.

Un élément de protection notamment anti-coups (10) pour vêtement (V) est destiné à être placé dans une zone d'acticulation dudit vêtement. Il consiste selon l'invention en une coque de contour arrondi, à face extérieure généralement convexe en étant cintrée selon deux profils orthogonaux. Deux zones d'extrémités opposées de l'élément sont aptes à être fixées de façon articulée sur le vêtement. L'invention propose également un ensemble de protection comprenant au moins deux de tels éléments (10), aptes à être montés sur le vêtement (V) de façon articulée (20) dans des régions adjacentes de telle sorte qu'un élément recouvre partiellement un élément voisin et, le cas échéant, soit recouvert partiellement par un autre élément voisin. <IMAGE>
