Abstract (en)
The apparatus for coiling a thin strip (2) onto the spool (1) incorporates endless chain units which are partially wrapped around the first coils of the strip. The chain units are guided on toothed, partially driven wheels, and are made up of hinged plates whose smooth surfaces face the strip. By means of rocker levers (4, 5) they can be moved between the winding and rest positions. The plate chain units (11) are provided with several bending rolls (13, 14) which are laterally distanced from one another and distributed over the strip width. The rolls are mounted on at least two parallel driven shafts in such a way that their surfaces effecting the coiling of the strip (2) onto the spool (1) fit into the gaps between the parallel plate chain units (11) to contact the strip.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Anwickeln von dünnem bandförmigem Walzgut auf einen Haspeldorn, bei der die ersten Windungen mittels einer die Windungen teilweise umschlingenden, endlos über umfangsverzahnte teilweise angetriebe Kettenzahnräder geführten Zahnkette gehalten werden, die aus einem aufgelockerten Laschenverband mit mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten Ketteneinheiten besteht, deren Kettenglieder auf der dem anzuwickelnden Band zugewandten Seite glatt ausgebildet sind und die mittels Schwingen aus der Anwickelposition in eine Ruheposition bewegbar sind. Dabei sind den Zahnketteneinheiten (11) mehrere Biegerollen (13,14) zugeordnet, die seitlich voneinander beabstandet und über die Bandbreite verteilt im Einlaufbereich des Bandes (2) auf mindestens zwei in Bandeinlaufrichtung zueinander parallelen hintereinander angeordneten drehangetriebenen Wellen (23) derartig angeordnet sind, daß ihre zum Anwickeln des Bandes (2) wirksamen Oberflächen in die zwischen den Ketteneinheiten (11) gebildeten Freiräume eintauchen und an die Oberseite des Bandes (2) anlegbar sind. <IMAGE>
