[origin: EP0881013A1] The method concerns joining of two or more casting cores, according to which cores (11) produced beforehand are welded together. Joining is effected using a mixture of sand and a bonding agent which is injected into channels (13). The channels are made beforehand on at least one of their contact surface (12). The method includes the following steps: a) the cores (11) with channels (13) are placed into fixtures which ensure their mutually correct position, and resist forces produced by the injection and gas delivery process; b) injection is carried out using a core shooting machine which has an appropriate shooting plate and a hood for gas delivery.
