[origin: EP0881047A2] A drive element (12), in the form of a disc with eccentric opening (14), rotates on a main pivot axle (11) and has a disc-shaped coupling element (16) pivot mounted on an eccentric axle (17) parallel with, and spaced apart from, the main pivot axle. The centre of gravity of the unit formed by the drive element and coupling element lies on the main pivot axle in all the relative pivot positions of the coupling element. One end of a rocking element (21) is pivoted on a swivel axle (22) which is parallel with, and spaced apart from the main pivot axle. The other end of the rocking element is linked to the coupling element at a link point (S). The coupling element is spaced apart from the eccentric axis. One end of a connecting-rod (18) is linked at a link point (P) to the coupling element.
