Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0881169A1] The device comprises a tubular element (17) set on the container (4) which has an opening (5). The tubular element has cams (19) on the edge area (18) remote from the container. These cams are spread over at least a part of the circumference with a gap (20) left between each cam and its adjoining cam. The tubular element can be fitted into the opening of the container and has stops (16) interacting with suitable stop faces (15) on the container. The other edge area of the tubular element can also have cams with a gap between them.
