Abstract (en)
The machine has a primary and secondary reeling off mechanisms 19,9 and an adhesive applicator connecting two webs of material each running off one of the winder reels. After the webs of material have been joined, the winder reel conducted by the primary reeling off mechanism (19) is transferred to the secondary reeling off mechanism (9) by means of a guide piece (25) comprising at least two parallel rails (27,27'). A joint auxiliary drive mechanism (81) is moved together with the winder reel and driven by it. The winder reel is moved along a first straight line (G1) running preferably parallel with an imaginary horizontal line. The adhesive applicator has at least one adhesive roller moved along a second straight line by means of a linear guide.

Es wird eine Abrollstation zum kontinuierlichen Abwickeln einer Materialbahn, insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, für eine Maschine, insbesondere Streichmaschine, zur Bearbeitung der Materialbahn, die eine Primär-Abrolleinrichtung, eine Sekundär-Abrolleinrichtung sowie eine Klebevorrichtung umfaßt, die von zwei jeweils von einer der Abrolleinrichtungen geführten Wickelrollen ablaufende Materialbahnen miteinander verbindet, wobei nach dem Verbinden der Materialbahnen miteinander die von der Primär-Abrolleinrichtung (19) geführte Wickelrolle mittels einer Führungseinrichtung (25) an die Sekundär-Abrolleinrichtung (9) überführbar ist, vorgeschlagen. Die Abrollstation zeichnet sich insbesondere durch einen gemeinsam mit der Wickelrolle verlagerbaren Hilfsantrieb (81) aus, mit dessen Hilfe die Wickelrolle antreibbar ist. <IMAGE>
