Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0881190A2] The secondary truck coupled to the crane vehicle has a support device for the boom head (3.3) of the boom. The boom head which can extend the boom (3) in the longitudinal axial direction is connected with vertical articulation to the boom and can be set down on the support device (6) which is fixed on the secondary truck able to swivel about a horizontal axis (10). The support device has a three-dimensional articulated abutment for the boom head which in turn can slide across the longitudinal axis of the boom on the support device. The abutment for the boom head is mounted on a support carriage freely movable with minimum friction on rails.
