Abstract (en)
The system is used for cleaning the sand trap at a shooting range. A mobile assembly is brought into place and the sand or other material to take the shot is transferred by suction in a closed system for intermediate storage. The granular material and the spent bullets are separated, and the cleaned sand is blown back. An assembly may be used with a vehicle which carries a suction or blower fan (5) to move the sand granules (3) into and out of a closed collection chamber (2). The system is fitted with the appropriate suction or blowing channels (4) and a control.

Mit einem Verfahren und einer Anlage zur Sanierung von mit Granulat gefüllten Geschoßfängen, wobei das Granulat mit den Geschossen bzw. Geschoßteilen kontaminiert ist, soll eine Lösung geschaffen werden, mit der mit einfachen Mitteln und hoher Effektivität die Geschoßfänge und die Granulate, insbesondere bei Großschießständen, saniert und unmittelbar wiederverwendet werden können, wobei in besonderem Maße gewährleistet sein soll, daß die Umwelt nicht unnötig von Stäuben kontaminiert oder durch Bleireste belastet wird. Dies wird verfahrensmäßig dadurch erreicht, daß in einem geschlossenen System der Geschoßfanginhalt abgesaugt, ggf. zwischengelagert, die Komponenten Granulat und Geschosse separiert und das sanierte Geschoßfanggranulat zurückgeblasen wird, wobei eine mobile, zum jeweiligen Sanierungsort verbringbare Anlage eingesetzt wird.
