Abstract (en)
The conductor consists of an alloy containing Nickel, whereby the alloy is a CuNi alloy, which contains 10 to 30 percent of Ni and 70 to 90 percent of Cu, with respect to weight. The conductor is an integral element of the lighting device, and is partially smelted into the glass base. The conductor is preferably a piece of wire, manufactured as a pulled wire with a diameter of up to 4 mm and a length of up to 400 mm. One end of the conductor is preferably welded to a metal seal pin (5).

Es gibt einen Stromzuführungsleiter 4, der für eine einen Glassockel 2 aufweisende Leuchtmittellampe vorgesehen ist und der aus einer Ni enthaltenden Legierung besteht. Dabei ist es erwünscht, wenn die Legierung des Stromzuführungsleiters einerseits wesentlich billiger als Nickel ist und andererseits doch die Anforderungen gut erfüllt, die an einen Stromzuführungsleiter für eine Leuchtmittellampe gestellt sind. Dies ist erreicht, indem die Legierung eine CuNi-Legierung ist, die 10 - 30 Gew.% Ni und 70 - 90 Gew.% Cu enthält. Dieser Stromzuführungsleiter erfüllt trotz des hohen Kupfergehalts die Anforderungen hinsichtlich Fertigung, Glasschmelztemperatur, elektrische Leitfähigkeit, Wärmeleitfähigkeit, Betriebstemperatur und Korrosionsbeständigkeit gut. <IMAGE>
