Abstract (en)
[origin: EP0881655A2] The conductor consists of an alloy containing Nickel, whereby the alloy is a CuNi alloy, which contains 10 to 30 percent of Ni and 70 to 90 percent of Cu, with respect to weight. The conductor is an integral element of the lighting device, and is partially smelted into the glass base. The conductor is preferably a piece of wire, manufactured as a pulled wire with a diameter of up to 4 mm and a length of up to 400 mm. One end of the conductor is preferably welded to a metal seal pin (5).
