Abstract (en)

[origin: WO9731405A1] The invention concerns a plug-type connector between a coaxial cable, emerging from a thermocouple and having an inner and outer conductor (22, 20), and a magnet (12) which is disposed in a fitting and whose one electrical connection can be connected via the fitting to the outer conductor and to an element, such as a union nut (18) or pressure screw (16), connected to the fitting. The second electrical connection (24) of the magnet (12) can be connected to the inner conductor through the element. According to the invention, in order to be able to produce an economical connection with structurally simple measures and simultaneously ensure that, even with relatively large tolerances, the individual electrical contacts are securely connected as required, the plug-type connector comprises a clamp element (32) which can be pushed onto the element (16, 18) and through which the coaxial cable passes or in which the coaxial cable is secured. The clamp element acts indirectly or directly on a section of the coaxial cable such that, when the clamp element is pushed onto the element, the clamp element exerts a force on the coaxial cable in the direction of the magnet (12).
