[origin: EP1106111A1] The sprung intermediate part (3) is attached to the base (2) so as to be tiltable and readjustable. The intermediate part consists of a central column (4) and a spring structure (5) connected in series. The central column and spring structure are concentric with a bearing-guide (6) between them. The spring structure has one dynamic (7) and one static (8) spring-holder between which is tensioned a spring (9). The base part has a fixed shaft (40) on which is a foot-rest ring (50) at a preset distance from the floor and adjustable in height.
