[origin: EP0882515A2] The dispenser has a first pump unit (3) with housing (15) with outer end (17), central innermost housing chamber (28) passing through the outer housing end, and a support face (20) for axial support on a medium reservoir (2). A second pump (4) for a second medium such as air comprises a fixed and a movable pump body (49,52) for changing the volume of the pressure chamber (50). The fixed pump body is provided on an assembly body (7) which is separate from the support face and encloses the housing chamber on the outside, but can be set axially fixed with a holder relative to the first pump housing. A fastener (8) axially tensions the support face against the medium reservoir. An operating head (9) on an operating plunger (33) which directly defines the through-flow section (32) in the outer housing end can be moved relative to the support face (20) from a rest position into a stroke end position through a pump stroke.
