Abstract (en)
A first cylinder (11) printing on one side of the web and a second cylinder (12) printing on the same side are driven by two motors (10). The angular position of the second cylinder is matched with the first through a regulator (30,32). When changing a production condition at least one regulator parameter of the regulator is changed and the regulator setting is thereby adapted to the production requirement. The parameter foundation value is changed at most twice during production but is preferably constant. At least one regulator parameter can be changed conforming with the speed of one of the cylinders pressing on the same web side.

Die Erfindung betrifft die registerhaltige Abstimmung von auf eine Bahn druckenden Zylindern einer Rollenrotationsmaschine, wobei ein auf eine Seite der Bahn druckender erster Zylinder (11) von einem ersten Motor (10) und ein auf die gleiche Seite der Bahn druckender zweiter Zylinder (12) von einem zweiten Motor (10) angetrieben werden und die Winkellage des zweiten Zylinders (12) durch einen Regler (30; 32) registerhaltig zum ersten Zylinder (11) abgestimmt wird. Bei einer Änderung einer Produktionsbedingung wird wenigstens ein Reglerparameter (kP, kD, kl, kf) des Reglers (30; 32) verändert und die Reglereinstellung dadurch der Produktionsbedingung angepasst. <IMAGE>
