[origin: EP0882668A2] The plate (101) for supporting the barrel has on its side opposite the barrel (102) a flange by which the plate fits on the column stand (100). The plate incorporates the outlet device and tap whereby a channel opens into the outlet or tap inside the area enclosed by the flange. A motor-operated vacuum ventilator (105) responding to vacuum is attached to the channel to ventilate the drinks container corresponding to the fluid flowing out of it. The ventilator can be electrically operated and has its own energy source such as battery.
