Abstract (en)
The fuel injection pump has a camshaft drive, a spray adjuster and a cold start adjusting device. The camshaft drive is adjusted to influence the injection instant "to the one" through the cold start adjusting device and "to the other one" through an adjusting piston of the spray adjuster, hydraulically according to the speed of the engine and to its load. In the adjusting piston (11) is located a control valve effecting the follow-up of the adjusting piston. The pipeline (27,28) leading to the control pressure side of this piston can be closed or at least throttled with a valve (35) opening in the flow direction of the control medium. The closed valve for a cold engine opens with increasing fuel or engine temperature.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe mit einem Nockentriebwerk, einem Spritzversteller (1) und einer Kaltstartverstellvorrichtung, wobei das Nockentriebwerk zur Beeinflussung des Einspritzzeitpunktes zum einen über die Kaltstartverstellvorrichtung und zum anderen über einen Verstellkolben (11) des Spritzverstellers hydraulisch in Abhängigkeit von der Drehzahl der Verbrennungskraftmaschine und deren Last verstellt wird. Im Verstellkolben (11) ist ein den Nachlauf des Verstellkolbens bewirkendes Steuerventil (18) angeordnet. Eine auf die Steuerdruckseite des Verstellkolbens (11) führende Leitung (27) ist mit einem in Strömungsrichtung des Steuermediums öffnenden Ventil (35) verschließbar oder zumindest drosselbar, wobei sich das bei kaltem Motor verschlossene Ventil mit zunehmender Kraftstoff- und/oder Motortemperatur öffnet. Mit Hilfe dieser Konstruktion wird ein Spritzversteller mit Nachlaufkolben mit einer Kaltstartverstellvorrichtung kombiniert, ohne die Gefahr einer Überlastung der Kaltstartverstellvorrichtung. <IMAGE>
