Abstract (en)
The arrangement for synchronising telescopic stampers (4) in hydraulic lift units, comprises a number of pistons (6.7) and cylinders (5), which are simultaneously driven in and out of a base section (3). A connection member (10) is used for synchronisation, and is connected to a shaft wall at one end, and to the pistons and cylinders at the other. The connection member passes over rollers and consists of a synthetic fibre with a mantle. The rollers are pref. made of polyamide and the mantle pref. consists of e.g. polyurethane.

Bei dieser Vorrichtung zur Synchronisation von Teleskopstempeln (4) bei Hydraulikaufzügen werden mehrere Kolben (6, 7) und ein Zylinder (5) gleichzeitig aus einem Fussteil (3) aus- und eingefahren, wobei zur Synchronisation ein Kunstfaserseil (10), beispielsweise aus Aramidfasern (30), verwendet wird, das einerseits an der Schachtwand und andererseits an den Kolben (6, 7) und am Zylinder (5) fixiert ist und über eine Rolle (11)aus Kunststoff, vorzugsweise Polyamid, umgelenkt wird. Das verwendete Kunstfaserseil (10) weist gegenüber Stahlseilen wesentlich kleinere Biegeradien und gegenüber Ketten einen erhöhten Fahrkomfort und ein geringeres Gewicht auf. <IMAGE>
