Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0882935A2] The cold (17) and hot (18) air feeder chambers each adjoin the air-mixer chamber (19) and are separated by partitions (20,21) with through-passages (24,25) from the mixer chamber. A cover plate (26,27) adjusts the mixer ratio of warm and cold air, by continuously and alternately opening and closing the diameters of the passages so that the total cross-section of both passages remains the same. The movable cover-plate is on the side of the partitions facing the air-mixer chamber.
