[origin: EP0883205A2] The arrangement has a metal base body (6) which closes a first opening in the hollow conductor (3) and has a first through hole. The inner conductor of the coaxial cable is fed through a hollow metal cylinder (9) with a first section inserted into the first through hole. An end section (10) of the outer conductor of the coaxial cable (4) is turned over a second section. A metal sleeve (11) is crimped over the second section of the hollow cylinder and the end section of the outer conductor. One end (2.1) of the stimulation element (2) is attached to an uninsulated end (12) of the internal conductor extending into the interior of the hollow conductor.
