Abstract (en)
The hose has a carrier at one end, in which an end bush (5) is inserted, and is made of the same material as the carrier. The carrier consists of a bushing (2a) equipped with at least one slip (3) and a sleeve (2b) arranged in front of the bushing. The sleeve carries two further slip rings (3) and has a continuous slot (6). At one side it is connected form-locked with the bushing and on the other side form-locked with the end bush (5). One thread (7) is formed at the inner surface of the sleeve, which forms a counter thread for the corrugations (1a,1b) of the hose (1). The ends of the electric leads (4) arranged in a protective sleeve (8) in the hose, guide firstly in the axial slot, and then to the inner side of the free lying slip rings.

Offenbart wird ein Staubsaugerschlauch mit elektrischen Leitern. Auf einem Ende des Schlauches ist ein Träger für elektrische Schleifringe befestigt, die mit einem elektrischen Leiter verbunden sind. In den Schlauch greift eine Endbuchse ein, die mit dem träger verbunden ist. Dieser besteht aus einem mit einem Schleifring (3) bestückten Buchsenring (2a) und einer vor dem Buchsenring (2a) angeordneten Hülse (2b). Letztere weist einen durchgehenden Axialschlitz (6) auf und trägt zwei weitere Schleifringe (3). Ferne ist die Hülse (2b) einerseits mit dem Buchsenring (2a) und andererseits mit der Endbuchse (5) verbunden. An die innere Mantelfläche der Hülse (2b) ist mindestens ein Gewindegang (7) angeformt, der ein Gegengewinde für Wellentäler (1a) und Wellenberge (1b) des Schlauches (1) bildet. Die Enden der elektrischen Leiter (4) sind aus einer im Schlauch (1) angeordneten Schutzhülle (8) zunächst in den Axialschlitz (6) der Hülse (2b) und sodann zu den im Axialschlitz (6) freiliegenden Schleifringen (3) geführt. <IMAGE> <IMAGE> <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
