[origin: EP0884434A2] The lining (1), above a supporting base (2), e.g. a concrete plate or wall, comprises at least the following parts:- an adhesion bridge layer (12), which is electrically conductive, and in which is embedded an electrically non-conductive ceramic plate layer (10). Also included is an electrically non-conductive seam filling (11) in the upper part of the seam not filled by the adhesive bridge layer (12) and located between the individual plates (10) of the plate layer. Below or above or in the adhesive bridge layer (12), in direct contact with the layer, is an additional netting layer (13) of electrically conductive material, which with at least one contact point outside or above the layer (1) is electrically connected or connectable.
