[origin: EP0884475A2] The formable chambers (3,4,5) in the delivery direction (R) are arranged one behind the other and are connectable with one another. The first chamber (3) in relation to the delivery direction (R) receives the medium via the medium inlet (1) and the last chamber (5) in relation to the delivery direction is connected to the medium outlet (2). The chambers have variable volumes, which are adjusted by adjusters (15,16,17) formed by electro-magnetic lift components and/or by excess pressure and/or vacuum producing devices. The connection between two adjacent chambers is by means of overflow channels. The chambers are at least partly by an elastically deformable material (13), which is deformed by the volume adjusters.
