Abstract (en)

The pump has a part ring-shaped channel arranged in the pump housing, in the area of the guide blades, which with the blade chambers forms a delivery chamber for delivering a fluid from an inlet to an outlet channel. The pump has at least two inlet channels (8,9) arranged one behind the other in the flow direction. On both sides of the running wheel, delivery chambers are arranged, which have a connection for fluid overflow from one delivery chamber to the other. The inlet channels are arranged in an inlet-side housing part (3) of the pump housing, and the outlet channel (13) is arranged in an outlet side housing part (4) opposite to the inlet side housing part.

Eine als Seitenkanalpumpe ausgebildete Förderpumpe (2) mit zwei Förderkammern (21, 22) zum Fördern einer Flüssigkeit zu einem Auslasskanal (13) hat zwei in Strömungsrichtung gesehen hintereinander angeordnete Einlasskanäle (8, 9). Einer der Einlasskanäle (9) mündet in einen radial innen angeordneten teilringförmigen Kanal (11), während der andere Einlasskanal (8) mit einem radial außen angeordneten teilringförmigen Kanal (10) verbunden ist. Hierdurch wird der Druck innerhalb der zu fördernden Flüssigkeit schrittweise erhöht und damit durch ein Verdampfen der Flüssigkeit entstehende Gasblasen vermieden. <IMAGE>
