Abstract (en)
The motion sensor has a plastic housing (1) with a water outlet opening (5) on the lowest lying part of the housing base (4) when in installed state. The water outlet opening is closed off by a porous solid state filter plate (6) with hydrophilic properties. The porous filter plate can be metal, ceramic or plastic. A water outlet edge is formed on the outside of the housing in the vicinity of the water outlet opening.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Bewegungsmelder mit einem Kunststoffgehäuse (1), die eine Wasserablauföffnung (5) im Gehäuseboden (4) aufweisen. Zur Verbesserung des Feuchtigkeitsschutzes wird vorgeschlagen, die Wasserablauföffnung (5) mit einer porösen Festkörperfilterscheibe (6) zu verschließen, die hydrophile Eigenschaften hat. <IMAGE>
