Abstract (en)
the carbon brush (1) makes spring contact with a collector (2), whereby the carbon brush is arranged in a guide (3) to be radially movable wrt. the collector and is flexurally stiffly connected to a flexing arm (7). An arm end of the flexing arm at the brush end is radially movable together with the carbon brush and a second arm end is fixed wrt. the carbon brush. The flexing arm engages a carbon brush body (6) with its arm end in a shape locking fit.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kohlebürste (1) für eine elektrische Maschine, die einen Kollektor (2) federnd beaufschlagt, wobei die Kohlebürste (1) in einer Führung (3) radial zu dem Kollektor (2) bewegbar angeordnet und mit einem Biegeschenkel (7) biegesteif verbunden ist. Die Kohlebürste läßt sich einfach und kostengünstig in einen Motor einbauen und elektrisch kontaktieren. Der Biegeschenkel (7) dient einerseits der federnden Zustellung der Kohlebürste (1) zu dem Kollektor (2) und andererseits der elektrischen Stromversorgung. <IMAGE>
