[origin: WO9826726A1] The inventive system, designed as a device for gripping an implant (1), comprises an fitting socket (300) and a manipulator, said socket being provided to effect a temporary connection between the implant (1) and the manipulator. The first end of the fitting socket (300) is pushed on removably on a plug-in lug (10) of the implant (1) when set up; and the second end of the fitting socket (300) is pushed on removably on the tip of the manipulator. Once the manipulator is set up on the fitting socket already associated with the implant (300), it can be considered that the implant is gripped (1) due to a double connection between the implant (1), the fitting socket (300) and the manipulator, thereby enabling the implant to be transferred with virtually no contact. When disconnecting the manipulator and the implant (1), only the connection between implant (1) and manipulator is loosened. The inventive device is particularly suited for setting up a sterile ampoule, resulting in simplified instruments and use thereof during the implantation process.
