Abstract (en)
The plastic layer (3) is so elastically deformable that occurring pressures are transmitted surface-wise. The buffer plate (1) is screwable onto a flange of the buffer thruster and is completely formed by the layer of duroplastic fibre-reinforced plastic (3). The plastic layer (3) has an outer zone containing the contact surface (2) with good slide properties and minimal wear tendencies, together with a central support zone, which is correspondingly formed to provide the necessary strength and elastic deformation characteristics. The plastic layer contains an inner adhesive zone, which provides good adhesion in relation to a steel flange-shaped basic plate (5) of the buffer plate (1).

Ein Puffer für Schienenfahrzeuge hat einen Pufferteller (1), der eine im Hinblick auf möglichst geringen Verschleiß ausgeführte Kontaktfläche (2) aufweist. Dazu ist der Pufferteller (1) mit zumindest einer Schicht (3) aus duroplastischem faserverstärtem Kunststoff versehen, die derart elastisch verformbar ist, daß auftretende Pressungen flächig übertragen werden. <IMAGE>
