Abstract (en)
During integrated folding and twisting, at least two supply bobbins (5,6), connected rigidly and coaxially above each other, are rotated on a bobbin support (2.5) inside a housing (2.3). The plied and twisted yarns are taken off in an axial direction through a central yarn guide (2.41) to a wind-up. The individual yarns are unwound from the feed bobbins in opposite i.e. clockwise and anticlockwise directions respectively. Also claimed is an integrated folding and multiple twisting spindle with a driven balloon-limiting container and similar unwinding arrangements. Also claimed is a triple twisting spindle with a double housing that has a split hollow spindle and a flange to divide the container into two sections of different diameter.

Ein Verfahren zum integrierten Fachen und Zwirnen, bei dem man mindestens zwei Vorlagespulen koaxial übereinander anordnet und drehfest miteinander verbindet und in einem einen Schutztopf (2) aufweisenden Spulenträger gemeinsam mit diesem in Rotation versetzt, wobei man die Einzelfäden in Richtung der Rotationsachse abzieht und durch einen in der Rotationsachse liegenden Fadenführer (2.41) einem Aufwickelaggregat zuführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die von den Vorlagespulen auflaufenden Fäden in entgegengesetzten Richtungen, d.h. p-Ablaufrichtung und q-Ablaufrichtung, abzieht. <IMAGE>
