Abstract (en)
A textile material comprises at least two different needled base non-wovens which show a structure on at least one side produced by needle punching. The needles used are forked or crowned to a depth that ensures that they are completely filled with fibres from the entry side. Only unmixed fibres appear in the pattern, in the background and on the back. Also claimed are: (i) the initial laminating of the two layers without activating melt fibres contained in them, needling to form the structure, and then activating the melt fibres; and (ii) the initial laminating of the two layers by an adhesive layer.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein strukturiertes Textilmaterial aus mindestens zwei verschiedenen vernadelten Basisvliesen (1,2), wobei die Basisvliese eine durch Nadelung von mindestens einer Seite erhaltene Struktur (4;5,6) aufweisen, wobei die zur Strukturnadelung verwendeten Nadeln Gabel- oder Kronennadeln sind und die Tiefe der Gabeln beziehungsweise der Bärte so gewählt ist, daß sich diese beim Durchstich vollständig mit Fasern des den Nadeln zugewandten Basisvlieses (1,2) füllen und wobei das Textilmaterial im Muster, im Fond und auf der Rückseite unvermischte, reine Fasern aufweist. <IMAGE>
