Abstract (en)
The manual pump body defines a pump chamber with an inlet valve. A hollow activating rod which moves between rest and pushed positions is assisted into its rest position by a return spring. The rod has an internal return pumping channel. A free piston slides in the pump body on the activating rod. The rod has a stop surface (223) with which the piston engages during sliding upwards in order to create a seal at this point. An oversleeve (30) surrounding the activating rod has a lower end (32) in sealed contact at rest with the rod to form the outlet valve and an upper end engaging the rod stop surface during upwards sliding. The friction forces exerted between the piston and the pump body are greater than the friction forces exerted between the piston and the activating rod.

Pompe manuelle pour la distribution de produit fluide comprenant : un corps de pompe (1) définissant une chambre de pompe pourvue d'un clapet d'entrée (5), une tige d'actionnement creuse (2) déplaçable dans le corps de pompe (1) entre une position de repos et une position enfoncée, ladite tige (2) étant sollicitée en position de repcs par un ressort de rappel (6), ladite tige (2) comportant un canal interne de refoulement (20), un piston libre (3) monté coulissant dans le corps de pompe (1) et sur la tige d'actionnement (2), le piston (3) et la tige (2) coopérant pour former un clapet de sortie, obturant le canal interne de refoulement (20) en position de repos, caractérisée en ce que les forces de frottement exercées entre le piston et le corps de pompe sont supérieures aux forces de frottement exercées entre le piston et la tige d'actionnement. <IMAGE>
