Abstract (en)
The machine produces pre-prepared blanks, especially for hinged lid cigarette packets. Each stack of blanks (10), is aligned through the transmission of flat pressure on at least two opposite lying side faces of the stack. The alignment procedure is performed before delivery to the packing machine and especially before delivery to the stack conveyor (18), and with regard to the exact relative position of all the blanks. The stack, or several stacks, are aligned preferably on all four vertical side faces by alignment components (21-28).

Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Klappschachteln für Zigaretten aus einzelnen, vorgefertigten Zuschnitten (11), die als Zuschnittstapel (10) angeliefert werden. Vor der Übergabe an eine Verpackungsmaschine wird jeder Zuschnittstapel (10) hinsichtlich exakter Relativlage der Zuschnitte (11) seitlich ausgerichtet, und zwar durch an allen aufrechten Seitenflächen des Zuschnittstapels (10) wirksame Ausrichter (21, 25, 27, 28). Zum Ausrichten eines unteren unkorrekt positionierten Zuschnitts (11) dient ein gesondertes Ausrichtorgan, nämlich ein Schieber (37). Dieser wird im Bereich eines Reststapels des Zuschnittstapels (10) wirksam, nämlich nach Anheben eines überwiegenden oberen Teilstapels. <IMAGE>
