[origin: EP0889202A2] The connection is between two parts (1,2), each with joint faces (11,21), which partially overlap. The flat, cylindrical, or conical joint faces are each defined on one side by recesses (12,22). The parts are connected so that their common contact face (3) is defined in both directions by the recesses of both parts. Sections (13,23) of the joint faces of one part project over the recess of the other part. The recess is formed as a transitional edge connecting the joint faces to a concave forming (14,24) with at least one torus-shaped section. The joint is used as a plug connection for moving or stationary machine parts, for compensation of relative movements between the parts, and to prevent material tears in the contact face. The parts are centering seats/blade suspensions for turbine blades.
