[origin: WO9736065A1] A dispenser (1) for attachment to a toilet bowl rim to dispense liquid dissolved from a solid block (3) has provision for replacing an exhausted block without the need to remove the dispenser from the toilet bowl or otherwise manipulate the dispenser (1). A reload aperture (11) is provided in a position not obstructed by the clip (4) used to hold the dispenser (1) on the toilet bowl. The opening may be in the form of a narrow slot (11) with a resilient hinged cover (12) to prevent contact with the block (3) once inserted.
