Abstract (en)

[origin: WO9828728A1] Disclosed is a sealing or closing label, comprising a covering foil (1) used for sealing two parts or objects (2, 3) which can move in relation to each other in such a way that a first area (4) of the sealing or closing label adheres to one of the two parts or object (2, 3) and a second area (5) of the sealing or closing label adheres to the other part or object (2, 3). The covering label (1) can be removed from at least one of the two areas (4, 5) and the removal process causes an optical modification of the sealing or closing label. In order to produce an economical and efficient sealing or closing label, which can be preferably reclosed and reliably indicates that it has been opened, the invention provides that said label includes at least one lower foil section (6, 6a), which is placed exclusively in the first or exclusively in the second area, at least one colour layer (7, 7a) is placed between the at least one lower foil section (6, 6a) and the covering foil (1) and adheres to the covering foil (1) with a first adhesive force and to the at least one lower foil section (6, 6a) with a second adhesive force. The invention also provides means for regulating the adhesive force (8, 8a, 12, 12a9 thus making it possible to locally adjust the relation between the first and the second adhesive force.
