[origin: EP0890318A2] A protective garment has an outer cover (20) and an inner cover (30) which is joined to the outer cover (20) detachably. The inner cover (30) has a water-tight and breathing functional layer made of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene. The outer cover (20) is made of a material dyed with a fluorescent substance. The two covers are connected by eg. press buttons.
