[origin: EP0890321A2] A shoe, particularly a sports shoe is claimed comprising an upper, a structural chassis, and plurality of spaced-apart sole elements. The structural chassis according to the present invention is attached to the external bottom surface of the upper, whereas the sole elements are affixed to the bottom surface of the structural chassis, such that the bottom surface of the chassis has at least one exposed portion between the respective sole elements. <IMAGE>
