Abstract (en)

The spray appliance (40) comprises a storage container (46) whose contents are supplied by a spray nozzle (41). The spray appliance discharges particles forming a space between the stacked sheets (1). The discharge is onto one of the printer cylinders or onto the sheets. The contents of the storage container is an aqueous suspension conveyed to the spray nozzle by a pump (47). Two parallel rollers (42,43) form a gap by which an atomising cone emerging from the nozzle is restricted. The two rollers have a cleaner (44,45) by which residues from the suspension are removed from the rollers and returned to the container.

Eine Bogen verarbeitende Druckmaschine ist ausgestattet mit einer Sprühvorrichtung (40, 40') zum Austrag von Abstandstoffpartikeln zur Ausbildung eines gegenseitigen Abstandes zwischen den Bogen (1) in einem gestapelten Zustand derselben. Zur Vermeidung einer Staubbildung beim Austrag der Abstandstoffpartikel ist die Sprühvorrichtung zur Abgabe einer Sprühflüssigkeit ausgebildet, die sich als eine die Abstandstoffpartikel enthaltende wässrige Suspension darstellt. <IMAGE>
