Abstract (en)
The appliance forms part of a filling machine operating on the gravity principle. The machine has a funnel shaped feed container (10) which has a dosing cone (11) at the bottom which serves to interrupt and change the flow of the bulk goods from a coarse into a fine flow. The cone is moved up and down by a controlled actuator. The actuator has a rotary drive (13 to 15) which drives the cone about its symmetrical axis. The rotary drive can consist of a gear motor driving the cone through a gear train.

Eine Dosiereinrichtung für in Behältnisse abzufüllende Schüttgüter, bei der der Füllgutstrom von einem Grobstrom auf einen Feinstrom mittels eines Dosierkegels umschaltbar ist, soll in konstruktiv einfacher Weise so ausgebildet werden, daß eine Brückenbildung im Ringspalt zwischen den kegelförmigen Bereich des Einlaufbehälters und dem Dosierkegel (11) vermieden wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird der Dosierkegel (11) mittels eines Getriebemotors und einer Räderkette (14, 15) in Drehung versetzt. Der Stelltrieb zum vertikalen Verstellen des Dosierkegels (11) besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Servomotor (19) und einem mit der Welle (12) des Dosierkegels (11) gekoppelten Übertragungsgestänge, so daß der Dosierkegel innerhalb des Verstellbereiches in äußerst kleinen Schritten verstellbar ist. Die erfindungsgemäße Dosiereinrichtung ist besonders für Granulate und pulverförmige Füllgüter geeignet. <IMAGE>
