Abstract (en)
[origin: DE19654899A1] The inline skate has a boot (1) with a mainly hard section (22) in the area of the sole (2). This has a hardness, which is required for stable connection between boot and holder element (6), and an elasticity, which permits the boot to allow the natural automatic rolling movement of the foot. The boot has fasteners for its connected to the holder element, in the areas of sole and heel only. The boot is high, and extends at least to the ankle bone. The roller elements of the skate are formed by wheels (3), and the holder elements are plate-shaped.
